Victims of sexual assault in Belgium find support in a pioneering, centralized initiative

Belgium's Centres for the Care of Sexual Violence (CPVS) provide a centralized approach for victims of sexual assault, offering medical, forensic, psychological, and law enforcement support in one location. The model, initially a pilot project in three hospitals, was expanded nationwide in 2020 after positive scientific evaluations.
