San Rafael teen arrested after shooting leaves man hospitalized

An 18-year-old San Rafael man was arrested after shooting a man in the torso during an argument, leaving him hospitalized. Diego Alejandro Diaz Flores was booked into Marin County Jail on suspicion of attempted homicide following his arrest at a downtown San Rafael home.
