4 charged with murder in Poughkeepsie soccer field shooting

Four men have been charged with second-degree murder in the death of Carl Chambers following a shooting at Stitzel Field in Poughkeepsie. The charges were announced by the Dutchess County District Attorney's Office after a grand jury review.
