Child in stroller struck by vehicle in SF's Nob Hill neighborhood: officials

An adult and a child in a stroller were struck by a vehicle in San Francisco's Nob Hill neighborhood on Wednesday afternoon. The collision occurred at Sacramento and Powell streets, and both victims were taken to the hospital.
