US Supreme Court to review WA law meant to protect runaway trans teens
The US Supreme Court has decided to review a Washington state law designed to protect runaway transgender teenagers. A lawsuit challenging the law, initiated by parents and conservative groups, was dismissed by lower courts but will now be considered by the Supreme Court this fall.
