NC mother facing disturbing abuse charges after neighbor rescues children

A Guilford County woman is facing multiple child abuse charges, including three counts of felony child abuse with serious injury, three counts of assault by strangulation, and one count of communicating threats. A neighbor rescued the children involved in the case.
