Charlotte-Mecklenburg police are enforcing curfew laws to address mass teen gatherings at parks and business hubs, following a weekend shooting at Romare Bearden Park that injured two people. Parents may face charges for allowing children under 16 to be out after curfew, with 11 arrests reported in the area prior to the shooting.
