5 finalists vie for Charlotte mayoral seat

Five finalists are competing for the interim mayor position in Charlotte. The candidates include Harold Cogdell, Carrie Cook, Rob Harrington, James Mitchell, and Caleb Theodros. City council will interview them on Thursday, with a final vote expected on Monday.
