A.P. launches mandatory disability screening for all students
Andhra Pradesh is implementing a mandatory disability screening for all students using the Prashast 2.0 app to identify 21 types of disabilities. The initiative, set for the 2026-27 academic year, follows directives from the Central Ministry of Education as stated by the Samagra Shiksha State Project Director.
