Florida couple given wrong embryo will retain permanent custody of their child
A Florida couple, Steven Mills and Tiffany Score, will retain permanent custody of their child, Shea, after a fertility clinic mix-up resulted in them receiving the wrong embryo. They reached a custody agreement with the biological parents, identified as Patient 004, following a court filing in their lawsuit against the clinic.
