Oakland County residents push back at proposed Bloomfield Hollow project

Residents of Bloomfield Township in Oakland County are opposing the proposed $17 million Bloomfield Hollow venue, citing concerns over noise, traffic, property values, and data integrity. A property analysis submitted by Peas and Carrots Hospitality Group and Signature Associates was accused of fabricating data, while an independent acoustics expert found sound levels would be four times louder than reported. The Bloomfield Township Planning Commission delayed a vote on the project to review additional information.
