Full text of US-Iran deal promises sanctions relief and phased access to frozen funds
The US and Iran have reached a memorandum of understanding that provides sanctions relief for Iran's oil sales and phased access to $300bn in frozen funds. The deal does not address Iran’s enriched uranium stockpiles or its ballistic missile arsenal and includes a ceasefire covering Lebanon, which is expected to anger Israel.
