Body found floating in NYC park ID’d as missing woman, 73, who suffered from dementia: cops

Qinmei Lin, a 73-year-old woman with dementia, was found unconscious and unresponsive in the kettle pond at Bowne Park in NYC after going missing nearly 15 hours earlier. She had left her home in Flushing approximately half a mile away.
