McDonald’s is serving fried apple pie again for America’s 250th birthday

McDonald’s is reintroducing fried apple pies for the first time in over three decades to celebrate America’s 250th birthday, available at most U.S. locations starting June 23. Other fast-food chains like Burger King and Sonic are also offering themed items, while McDonald’s highlights the pie’s history dating back to 1968 and its replacement with a baked version in 1992.
