A Russian artist who was critical of Putin is killed near his home in Poland

A Russian artist critical of President Vladimir Putin was shot and killed near his home in Biala Podlaska, Poland. Two Belarusian citizens were arrested near the Belarusian Consulate following the attack. The artist, known as Robert Kuzovkov, had publicly criticized Russian authorities through art, including unflattering portraits of Putin and other officials.
