Judge who had sex in courthouse and attended political event agrees to exit Georgia election case

A federal judge, Eleanor Ross, recused herself from a Georgia election records case after the U.S. Department of Justice questioned her impartiality due to her attendance at a partisan event hosted by Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis and prior disciplinary issues involving inappropriate conduct in a courthouse.
