Teen accused of killing stepsister on cruise turns self in to be charged as adult
A teenager accused of sexually assaulting and killing his 18-year-old stepsister on a Carnival Cruise ship turned himself in to federal authorities after a judge ruled he should face trial as an adult. The judge revoked his pretrial release, and he surrendered at a federal courthouse in Tampa.
