Chile Bets $3bn on a Make-or-Break Lithium Project
Chile is investing between $2 billion and $3.5 billion in the Salar Futuro lithium project through NovaAndino Litio. The company plans to submit the environmental study for the project to Chile’s regulator in the second half of June 2026. The investment is among the largest in the global lithium industry.
