Ex-head of CUHK rehab centre charged with fraud over false service claims
Hong Kong’s anti-corruption watchdog has charged a former head of the Chinese University Medical Centre’s Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation Centre, Lau Mun-cheung, with fraud over allegedly falsely claiming to have provided professional services to patients to obtain fees.
