The Southeast Asia 500 has a new engine: Vietnam
Vietnam's companies drove the fastest revenue growth in the Southeast Asia 500, with $177.9 billion in revenue and 10.5% growth, outpacing the regional average. Singaporean banks led profitability, while Thai Airways and True Corp. achieved notable turnarounds. Total regional revenue reached $1.88 trillion, up 3.4% from 2025, with Vietnam contributing a quarter of this year’s growth despite holding less than 10% of total revenue.
