US strategic oil reserve hits lowest level since 1983
The U.S. Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR) has reached its lowest level since 1983, with 340.3 million barrels, according to federal data released on Monday. The last time reserves were this low was during the Reagan administration, which was in the process of filling the reserve.
