Man charged with hate crime accused of yelling racial slur at 9-year-old

Jeffrey Feigenbaum, 29, was charged with two counts of hate crime, battery, and disorderly conduct after allegedly yelling a racial slur at a 9-year-old Black boy, pushing him, and throwing his bike during a dispute over a damaged fort.
