Supreme Court declines to review failed challenge to New York gun law

The U.S. Supreme Court declined to hear an appeal from the National Shooting Sports Foundation challenging New York's public nuisance statute. The statute allows the state or victims of gun violence to sue gun companies for harms from criminal misuse of their products.
