Minneapolis grandma charged after child dies from fentanyl overdose

A Minneapolis grandmother, Joanna Sanchez-Cordero, 42, has been charged with second-degree manslaughter after a 2-year-old child in her care died from a fentanyl overdose. Drug paraphernalia, including a pipe with suspected drug residue, was found in the home, and another child was present but unharmed. She faces up to 10 years in prison if convicted.
