British tourist wanted after jumping bail over Hong Kong airport vandalism
A Hong Kong court has issued an arrest warrant for British tourist Youcef Bennoui, 35, who failed to appear in court for charges of criminal damage and possession of a Part 1 poison related to alleged vandalism at Hong Kong International Airport in February. Bennoui is accused of damaging self-check-in kiosks during an incident on February 16.
