Partner of woman killed by dogs recently saved neighbor wounded in similar attack: Court records
Jodi Cowan was killed by aggressive dogs owned by Linda Cutler in Florida, leading to Cutler's manslaughter charges. The same dogs had previously attacked another neighbor, prompting Cowan's partner, Donnell Smith, to intervene in both incidents. A new investigation is underway after three dogs were found dead at Cowan's residence.
