Two robbers killed in ‘encounter’, CCD official held for ‘murder’ of minor girl

Two robbers were killed in an encounter with the Crime Control Department (CCD) in Chakwal after a series of robberies and a fatal shoot-out. An official from the CCD was arrested for the murder of a 9-year-old girl and injuries to her family members during a mistaken identity incident. The robbers, identified as Mohammad Abbas and Mohammad Feyaz, used disguises to target victims and had prior criminal records.
