Trump names James M. McDonald to lead powerful New York federal prosecutor's office

McDonald, a former Assistant U.S. Attorney in the same district and current litigation partner at Sullivan & Cromwell, was previously Trump's attorney for the Manhattan hush money conviction appeal.
