Man pleads guilty to involuntary manslaughter after deadly north Charlotte crash
Leonardo Perez pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter after a 2024 crash on West Sugar Creek Road in north Charlotte killed pedestrian Antonio Harris. Perez, driving a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado in the wrong direction, fled the scene and was later sentenced to 20-33 months in prison.
