Gallatin police officer placed on administrative leave after sex crime charges involving minor
Gallatin police officer Kasim Barnes was placed on unpaid administrative leave after being charged with six counts of sexual exploitation of a minor and one count of solicitation of a minor to commit aggravated statutory rape. The Gallatin Police Department confirmed Barnes' arrest by the Sumner County Sheriff’s Office and stated inquiries about the case should be directed to the sheriff’s office.
