Austin man accused of sexually motivated break-ins at three West Campus apartments

An Austin man with a history of sexual offense charges is accused of breaking into three West Campus apartments near the University of Texas, exposing himself, masturbating in front of victims, and attacking and strangling a woman who discovered him in her room.
