NYC moves homeless men to East Village shelter after neighbors fail to stop move

New York City has relocated homeless men to a shelter in the East Village at 8 East Third Street after neighbors were unable to prevent the move. The relocation began on Thursday night, with the previous shelter being the Bellevue Shelter in Midtown.
