Colombia's presidential runoff election is set for June 21, with right-wing lawyer Abelardo de la Espriella and left-wing senator Iván Cepeda as candidates. De la Espriella led the May 31 first-round vote with 43.7 percent, while Cepeda received 40.9 percent.
