Israel deports journalist who covered Gaza and occupied West Bank
Israeli authorities deported French journalist Alice Froussard after denying her entry at Ben Gurion Airport, despite her holding travel authorization and applying for a press visa to work in the occupied West Bank. The Committee to Protect Journalists reported that at least 84 journalists and media workers were killed by Israeli forces in 2025, primarily in Gaza.
