Report says Israeli military responsible for majority of explosive weapons deaths in 2025
A 2025 report by the Explosive Weapons Monitor found that 56% of 22,600 civilian deaths from explosive weapons globally were attributed to Israeli military attacks. The report also noted a 52% increase in explosive weapon attacks affecting humanitarian aid, with 90% of such incidents occurring in Palestinian territory.
