Man charged with stealing packages in Miami appears before judge

Jeyner Monzon, 22, faces charges of petit theft and burglary of unoccupied dwellings after stealing packages from up to eight homes in Miami. Police captured him on camera taking a package in April and are urging potential victims to contact authorities.
