Thousands sit in traffic as Haredi protesters cut off central highways, block railroad

Haredi protesters blocked central highways and a railroad, causing traffic congestion. The protests, lasting about 2 hours, were organized by the Jerusalem Faction in response to the detention of 19 draft dodgers during a riot at a justice's house.
