Estonia Installs First Modular Shelter in Tallinn

Estonia's Tallinn has installed its first modular reinforced concrete shelter in a public space, using a design previously applied in Ukraine, to test infrastructure for improving civilian safety. The initiative also aims to raise public awareness and assess usability, as the Baltic States enhance anti-drone systems and border fortifications following recent drone incidents.
