Video shows drunk woman banging head, spitting at deputy during arrest near Tampa, authorities say

A woman was arrested near Tampa after causing a disturbance while inebriated. During her arrest, she banged her head and feet against a cruiser window, fell out of the vehicle, and spat at a deputy multiple times before being charged with battery on a law enforcement officer.
