Uganda: Besigye, Lutale Fail to Appear As Treason Case Hearing Stalls

The treason case hearing involving opposition figure Dr Kizza Besigye and his co-accused, Obeid Lutale, was stalled when both failed to appear before the High Court, causing uncertainty about the proceedings. The court session could not proceed due to the defendants' absence.
