AJK refugee seats cannot be abolished, Senate told
The Senate was informed that 12 reserved seats for AJK refugees cannot be abolished, as they represent families displaced from India-occupied Kashmir. Opposition leader Raja Nasir Abbas alleged 'massive rigging' in Gilgit-Baltistan elections, leading to a PTI protest walkout. A fuel subsidy of Rs5.4bn was also disclosed.
