Palo Alto police seek public's help in 25-year-old cold case
The Palo Alto Police Department is seeking public assistance to solve a 25-year-old cold case involving the shooting death of Maria Hsiao outside a downtown Palo Alto nightclub on June 10, 2001. On the 25th anniversary of her death, the department released a video and urged community members to share it online to aid the investigation.
