E-bike riding kids terrorize OC Walmart: ‘Almost hitting people’

Two kids riding e-bikes caused concern at an Orange County Walmart by weaving through aisles and nearly hitting customers before fleeing before deputies arrived. Authorities are searching for the individuals involved.
