Jury watches FWC bodycam video, marine patrol officer takes the stand on Day 3 of George Pino’s trial

The trial of real estate developer George Pino, accused of causing the death of 17-year-old Lucy Fernandez in a 2022 boating accident, entered its third day with testimony from a retired Marine Patrol officer and bodycam video evidence. The officer described arriving at the scene where Pino was present and Lucy was among three individuals taken for medical care before her death at a hospital.
