88-year-old Brooklyn man, convicted of murder while on parole, sentenced to life in prison

Harvey Marcelin was sentenced to life without parole for the murder of Susan Leyden. The conviction occurred while he was on parole for two prior killings. The crime took place in his East New York apartment.
