Man accused of stabbing, killing lost husky who followed him home from Northwest Indiana store

Tony Hughes, 38, is facing felony charges after allegedly stabbing and killing a lost husky that followed him home from a store in Portage, Indiana. He is accused of torturing or mutilating the animal and killing a domestic animal.
