Centre issues draft notification declaring ESZ around Kerala’s Eravikulam National Park

The Centre has issued a draft notification declaring an Ecologically Sensitive Zone (ESZ) around Kerala’s Eravikulam National Park. The ESZ will extend from zero to 1 km along the park’s boundaries and include four adjoining protected areas.
