Iran targets American bases in Jordan and the Gulf after fresh US strikes near Hormuz
Iran’s Revolutionary Guards claimed attacks on a US base in Jordan and 21 Gulf targets, including Kuwait and Bahrain, in retaliation for US strikes near the Strait of Hormuz. The US military targeted Iranian air defense and surveillance sites after President Donald Trump stated an Apache helicopter was downed.
