Federal Judge Faces Battery Charge After Parking Lot Confrontation

Judge Ryan Nelson of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit faced a battery charge after an argument in Idaho where he tossed a man's glasses and appeared to stomp on them, as captured on video.
