Bronx bus murder: Man shot dead after asking teen to lower voice during cellphone call, sources said

Jonathan Pettigrew, 41, was fatally shot on a Bronx bus after confronting a teenager who was talking loudly on a cellphone, according to police sources. The incident occurred on the Bx36 bus near East Tremont Avenue and White Plains Road on June 8. The suspect fled the scene wearing a white t-shirt, and no arrests have been made.
